I wasn't sure if it counted or not so posted it anyway. Rich can make the decision was my thought. It certainly is a travesty of a guitar, and ya know, copyright infringing headstock and all... Doesn't do the brand image any good anyway.

I'm not even sure what the parameters are anymore. When the job went back to HUSA they were not shutting them down if they were marked replica, and it's wasn't new retail sales. Now I'm back doing it again so I'm just following what I think they want done, so these I leave alone.

Roger that. If those are the guidelines you have then fair enough.

Without getting into a debate on replica vs counterfeit and what qualifies as what, and used private sale vs dealer etc, it might be worth noting that listing replica goods is still against ebay policy, regardless as to whether rights owners are involved in chasing down fakes and whatnot.
