The prices the seller have quoted appear to be the same as the Australian prices, and he has ented "N/A" for US dollar asking price.

Yeah. I'd email him and ask, if I thought the price was worth it, but recently 550s have been going for $450. As much as I love Ibanez guitars, their resale value ain't exactly the same as a 50s strat...
