I too love the swirl (it's one of the finest I've seen), but go easy with a the saw. You could name this guitar Van Gogh Vs. the Texas Chainsaw Massacre!

Yeah, although i love the swirls some of your RG's bodies do look like they were done by Joe Despangi armed with a chainsaw after a cocaine binge.

I worry about the folks on dial up when I see so many pics in one or two posts, to tell you the truth. Not everyone is on broadband yet.

Good point, Jim. I kind of take BB for granted nowadays.

Best thing to do is use ImageShack and post the thumbnails of the image only.

Awesome swirl! You said you were surprised when it came out -- can you
repeat it? As far as the body goes... well, you *do* use an OSHA approved mask when you're spraying, right?

Re: Sims Custom Shop "Starry Nite" Swirl

I love the swirl, I love the rounded, contoured lower horn, but I really dislike the odd cut out, if it was a Reb cut, it wouldn't be bad, since its symetrical, but the wierd cutout throws the whole body off for some reason.

and yeah, it sucks for those 2 people out there still on dial up...

Nice swirl. The last photo is not of the swirl though right? Was it the inspiration or something?
