Spiderman Ibanez ????? Really ?

folks, please help, my son is MENTAL for spiderman stuff and he wants to play the guitar too....
I saw this on the bay but hadnt heard anything about Ibanez doing this kind of thing !

Never seen them before but that is a SWEET looking guitar. The headstock is awesome.

This is not an Ibanez factory graphic, it is an aftermarket print that is supposed to last 5 years, read the description, looks nice though!

I dunno.... over $600USD for a GRG (notice the ILT trem) is a bit much, Spiderman graphic or not.

Also, if you want to get your son started on guitar, an axe with a trem (and a reputedly low-quality one at that) may not be the best to start on. If he can't keep it in tune and the quality becomes too much of a distraction, it's going to be a guitar with a cool Spiderman graphic sitting in the back of the closet. Depending on how young he is, those new GIO Micro RG's with the 22" scale length may be the better option- and just get him a big Spidey poster.

There are plenty of cool things with Spiderman on them that won't cost you an arm and a leg. Here's a mini-guitar with Spidey on it: 160019343871 with a $40 buy-it-now price. I also found a LP-size decal you can put on a cheapie LP copy: 330019633298.

I think Gibson made a cooler one with web inlays. I know they made a pretty bad ass wolverine LP.

The same guy has done loads of these. Not long ago, he did a cool Monster's Inc. guitar which I was going to snap up.

The problem is, he does all his work on really crap Korean models.
