But its the safest way to deal.... Like i said if the payment is not made on the date suppose to,the seller can stop the shipment before it goes into the plane...

Probably because you'll never find any good jems or deals. I've only made 2 face to face transactions. One I bought a universe for 740$, the other I got a 20th in a trade plus cash for a uv and Jem Vsbl.

Aside from that, I never would have found any other jems or uv's if I only dealt in person, and I've never been burned. I've had people try, but I cut it off before it goes anywhere.

I live in the UK.

Person to person is not an option most of the time as there are 10 times more people in USA and 4 times as many in Canada and also 20 times as many Europe. There are also about 503 people in Australia.

My chances of person to person for all models is slim!

Well glad to hear it turned out nicely. And yes i could be a hazard to pay 3k to somebody on the other side of the world. Bryan said a good thing, get pictures with todays newspaper and so on, just to make sure they buyer really got what he claims. Anyhow good ot worked out for you.

PayPal have now opened new case against this guy to establish a clear cause for retrieval on their part. They took more than month to listen to me when they could have stopped this a long time ago exercising due diligence.

I wish they could catch this lowlife though. AsI mentioned in your other thread, I was burned by him too on EverythingSG, and retrieved my $$, but I'm not sure they (Paypal) retrieved it from him or not. Why can't they catch this guy?

These are all names that he's used. It may not help because he'll keep dreaming up names/ email accounts, but at least NEVER do any dealings with any of the handles listed above.

Attention, please. This is *the real* marsa. I'm the administrator and creator of Huge Racks Inc. It's a gear forum that some of you might be familiar with. I just wanted to state that I am in no way affiliated or have any relation what so ever to this scumbag who's been scamming using my nick. He has also been doing his scams over at my site and is now banned. It's a real shame that my name has been dragged into all of this and I just want to clear up any confusion that might have taken place.
