Suspected Fraud

Check out auction 270155742902.

A few things don't add up. The all black pickguard is partially a flag, but the pole-pieces on the pickups look wrong for EVOs and the seller is very careful to not show the vine...

Also, the "All Black hardware" looks awfully chrome to me...

Well, if it was legit (the neck at least) it would have STEVE VAI on the 24th fret. It doesn't.
The '94 models have an all black pickguard though.
I'm not sure about the hardware, thats all I can contribute, sorry.

I reported the auction, and notified the winning bidder that it could be a fake.
