UK music retailer going under?

Sound Control and Turnkey going into administration? I'm surprised. I'm not a fan of either but I thought their businesses were solid enough. Turnkey used to have the occasional great offer though.

This is a great shame, I went into the Leeds City branch (down the road from me, conveniently) and they confirmed it. What a shame. Does this mean there'll no longer be a UK Schecter retailer?

I bet there will be some cracking deals if they have to sell off all of their stock. Surprising though as they have always seem to be busy, though they have expanded pretty quickly, maybe they mucked up their finances....

Anyone know about any deals yet? Their websites simply say that you can't order on line anymore.

Sound Control aren't doing any deals yet as I understand it as there is a buyer in the offing. Its about a 50% chance they will survive.
