Universal Jems Good to buy from?

I am about to make a porchase from Universal Jems. Since they are a sponser on this site I would think it is a safe place to do business with. I just wanted to know if anyone has bought from them and can recomend them.

For the life of me, I can't find a banner or even a link to universaljems on jemsite. Are they really a sponsor?
