***WARNING**Misleading Replicas(ibanez, charvels, fender,gibson etc)

I found this 160957715873. The dude wants $398 for it. and the listing says "ibanez steve vai jem 777 guitar"
No description. they state nothing about it period. They show several other guitars they have for sale
at the bottom of the listing and show a charvel warren demartini "crossed swords" for $325(yeah right....the real deal is $3000+ from charvel).
Now if you click that listing, it takes you to a website that does state it is a replica but these guys ARE not saying these are replicas on ebay....
Can they get by with that? Even if they they redirect you to another site that says they are replicas?
They are sneaky in that if you click the ad from the 1st page on ebay it won't take you to the other website so that way folks
have no way of knowing it's a replica but it will on the other guitars listed at the bottom.....
Oh, here is a PS10 for $298 111001680961 (the seller name is different than on the jem add)
I reported a few of these to ebay as counterfeit items

They are in Asia yet they sell through the U.S.

Yes and when you look at the UV777 at the pictures you could see it is fake.
