It is, and it was. I had a bid but couldn't stretch to winning the auction with having two RG20ths on order. Shame really as I'm after a Candy Red to match my Laser Blue

Gutted! I would've paid more for that! Just what I'm looking for (not the sharkfin inlays- but could've lived with them).

Were you bidding then matey?

I was worried about neck cracks around the locking nut. There were no pics of the rear of the guitar. Also the condition was described as "reasonable". I'd take a punt to a certain level, but I wasn't prepared to go £370+ without full details.

Exactly.

Up to a certain ammount your happy to take a gamble, but not when it gets that little bit too high. Unless it really is something mega-rare. And for all we know there could have been endless things wrong with the rear of the guitar.

Another will crop-up again at some point.

No, what I meant was I'd of paid much more than what it went for if I knew the full details and the guy didn't have bad feedback. I got in touch with the guy as soon as it was listed but he never got back to me, and that has become my No.1 rule when it comes to buying guitars on e-bay... no reply, no bid

I'm not really bothering with RGs anymore unless it's something special, and I've wanted the red and blue 770DXs for a LONG time
