Where can I get a 7 string neck???

I've looked at all these threads on here about the horror's some of you guys are having, and it harkens my mind back to two REAL big issues I had with some original members, one of which got sorted out and I have NO hard feelings towards him whatsoever, but I am in the market for a 7 string neck with LED's and frankly I don't know who to turn to, it looks like everyday someone is shutting down or dissapearing, and it looks as though there are not many options.
I basically want a 7 string neck in flame mapel with a flame board, neon green LED's, reverse Ibanez headstock with a volute.
it's fancy yes, but not too bad, no crazy inlay except for the LED. anyhow if anyone knows of a company who can do this, and in a timly manner please let me know, I've exhausted all my resources!
