im not sure if this one is real or not, it certainly seems very real to me

Im going to ask to see a better pic of the fretboard of the 98 one because it looks as if there might be a good amt of fretware. also do you think those dings in the 2000 one can be fixed by maybe a new coat of paint or something?

They're both real. If you are going to play it I wouldn't worry about fixing the paint, it doesn't look bad enough to bother, very minor.

i think im going to try and get the 2000 model and then fix the dings by placing a water drop over them and letting the wood naturaly fix itself.

Yeah, the 2000 looks better, and he does a good set-up too.
