5150 - opinions

I had an early model. I sold it and kept my Marshall. It's a sound that I grew to dislike very much but to each their own.

Sorry for staying from the original post but......I've used my 5150 head with a Vintage 30 cab on and off for about 4 years now and from time to time I stray looking to find a better tone. I get a nice sound with my graphic eq but I know there's a better sound out there. For those of you who have played one and moved on, what do you play now? I've tried the Legacy, Ampeg VL1002, MTS, Soldano HR 50 XL, and a JCM 900 and can't seem find anything that grabs me. Any Ideas?
