I sent an e-mail to both DiMarzio and
Seymour Duncan to inquire about the availability of mini-humbuckers for 7-strings, for those of us (like me) that might be interested in putting a Sustainiac Stealth on their Universes or RG7's.
DiMarzio doesn't have anything available. They didn't say what their future product plans might be.
However, i got a promising note back from Rodney Gene, Technical Lead in Seymour Duncan's custom shop:

A little pricey, but hey, you're basically getting a hand-wound pickup that could be tweaked to your own custom specs.
