AC-2 Acoustic Simulator simple question

I am just about to buy and i just wanted to know if it sounds good if I play intros like Fade to Black or Battery of Metallica with the pedal. Can you get a similar sound?

This pedal really only works plugged into a full range system, like direct to a P.A. or into a powered monitor or keyboard amp or acoustic amp. If you just plug it into your regular limited range guitar amp you will be disapointed.
