Re: ADA Amplification Returns!!!!!!!!

Rocking! ADA is what I use for my main sound. Live I use a MP-1 3TM and for jamming in my office I use a MP2 and a ADA Viper

Re: ADA Amplification Returns!!!!!!!!

The bummer part is David Tarnowski who is bringing back the company was the brainchild for the products he's pushing (Flanger, Final Phase, Battman, Rocket Amps, Seamoon Fuzz)

Todd Langer was the MP-1 guru so not sure what this means for a "new" MP-3 when he's not part of the new company.

Jurrie (ADADepot) told me that the guys at ADA have been in contact with him so that may be good news too

Re: ADA Amplification Returns!!!!!!!!

I'd love to have just a better MP1 updated version, with smooth noise gate and stereo loop.
Never tested all those mods at ADADepot, but my standard MP1 was good ennuf.

Re: ADA Amplification Returns!!!!!!!!

What they should do is get Todd Langner back and build the new MP-3 to sound like a Langner DCP-1 (both versions). That would be awesome.

Re: ADA Amplification Returns!!!!!!!!

I just checked out their website and it only really talks about the stomp boxes...

I just purchased and MP-1 (not Classic) on [thE]bay today for $300... I'm pretty stoked to get it in my rack and hear it for myself.

Just curious if anyone knows, or has heard about the MP3 mentioned earlier in the thread...?

Hi I had an MP-1 that I sold recently in effort to build a JCM800 clone. It's an awesome sounding preamp man.. I just wanted to build an amp... Rigs/Racks have a disadvantage to them IMHO, they grow alot..lol. Never heazrd an MP3 thiough

No no,that's what we were hoping would happen.
When word got out the company was coming back we assumed eventually a new ADA preamp would emerge and thus be named an MP3.

+1 I modded mine 3.666 then bought a Triaxis ....worlds apart! However, back in the day, " tone for days with my ADA"

Re: ADA Amplification Returns!!!!!!!!

The Triaxis just has so many more amp circuits built in, that you can't compete.
I only ended up using maybe 2 or 3 modes ever routinely on mine, I made the jump to a head, and while it sounds amazing, you lose some of the ease of portability with the all rack rig.
