Amp for instrumental/rock/modern music

Hello!

I'm looking to buy an all-tube amp for under 800-900$ combo or head (I already have a Marshall cab).I mostly play instrumental music.Clean parts,Distorted and Heavily distorted...I use every sound I get

I really wanted to buy the JSX but it's too expensive for my wallet...I am between a Marshall JVM 205H and a PEAVEY 6505+ 112 combo (low cost!!)...keep in mind that I don't need Fender sparkly Cleans, just clean...the only reason I like the JSXs clean is because of Pedal combatibility.

I really need to know if the Peavey takes pedals well...I will be using :Wha-wha, Sust/Comp, Boss NS, Delay, EH POG

I always loved aggressive and sweet tones.I want sustain and bottom end.

I'd go with a nice preamp/power amp setup to give you some good versatility. An underrated preamp for what you're talking about, IMO, is the Mesa Studio pre. They can be found for reasonable prices, and you can pair a nice tube power amp (Peavey classic, for example) and still be under budget. Good luck!
