Hey fellas, I've been having trouble with my amp (Carvin Legacy 212) making lots of noise even when it's just sitting there unplugged with the volume down. I took a video with sound and you can hear the static it's making. Additionally, it's picking up radio signals now and then. I put the video up on my web gallery and on youtube. Here's the links:

I usually don't have the amp in that location. I moved it there to try out a different AC outlet but the noise remains regardless of where I use it. Any ideas as to why I'm getting so much noise?
As for the radio signal thing, I'm guessing it has to do more with my guitar since it's missing a shielding plate and hopefully if I can fix the other issue, the radio problem will lessen as well.
