Another Amp Question

Hey, Guys

I'm looking at getting a decent practice amp that has some recording capabilities via usb.
So, I have been looking at the new Peavey Vypr and the Line 6 Spider. I really like the idea of the Spider but not fond of the tone of the amp. However, I really like the Vypr's but the 75 watt is the smallest one that has a usb... which is still too big for me I think. I'm living in a small apartment now so I need to downsize my gear. That 2x12 valveking is too much. lol

Anyway, I'll like to hear all of your suggestions.

I'm looking for a smaller amp say anywhere from 30-50watts and it needs to have recording capabilities.

What is your budget and style? What about a modelling multi-fx pedal and headphones/computer speakers for home use and keep the valveking when you play out?

Actually, I thought about that. Just keep the valveking and get something like the line6 ux1 usb thingy... but i'm not sure.. I don't want to spend too much on something though If I can I would like to be able to get something after trading my amp back and get some cash back as well... I"m kinda edging towards a Peavy Vypr and get a Behringer usb connector. I'll still make money from my trade. O-well, I'm going to be doing some researching here in the next couple of days.
