Another amp recommendation thread!

Hello Guys!

Yes another amp recommendation thread!
My budget is about 200 pounds,
All i want is a low wattage amp(around 15/30 watts) with an effects loop and reverb.
Any ideas?

I quite like the look of the Peavey Bandit 112,
But i don't have a chance to try it out.
