Any thoughts on the MA Batio OD pedal?

I actually only just saw this and it's probably old news but would love to hear if it's worth the dough....?

i dunno what that particular pedal sounds like, but i really don't like his tone. Maybe it's only cause i get really bored with hearing 16 note rake arpeggios over and over and over and over and over again in pretty much the same sequence. But seriously, i always thought his recording tone was very thin sounding and kinda soulless, so i would probably not spend my money on That signature OD pedal.

Your never gonna get a straight answer to that question because either your just gonna get people who bash the **** out of him or people who think he is Jesus. There is not a lot of people who are the middle ground.

Has anyone here actually used the pedal? Not necessarily the greatest idea to judge a piece of equipment based on who plays it, even if it's his signature and you don't like his tone it might still be a sweet pedal.

That's kinda my thinking. It might be a great piece of gear so I'll check it out next time I'm in a store that actually stocks them. I'm always curious about new gear because you never know ...even if the endorsee is not your cuppa tea (certainly not mine )
