Any Vox VT50 users??

Hi everybody. I wonder if anyone owns or has tried the vox VT50. I think I'm gonna buy one of them (they're supposed to be the best for the price here in Peru), but I wanna listen to your opinions.

Thanks!!

I've got the VT30 and it's awesome! Highly suggest this amp. Modeling sounds are very full when compared to something like the Line 6 Spider 30.

Re: Any Vox VT50 users??

im not going with the vt100 anymore. i found this new amp head and its called the blackstar HD-5 amp head. its also sold in a mini stack. im buying the head and whats cool is its a 5 watt tube head. great for at home and probable band practice. ill be using a Carvin Legacy 2x12 cab with Celestion Vintage 30s. the head is 299 and the cab 399. gogle it.(the head) and you will see. there is some nice reviews on the head here. lonestar is the guys name. its the best bang for your buck. you can basically get the same sounds a big tube amp stacks at lower valumes. it will blow any VT serries amp out of the water and many more.

... unfortunately, here in Peru there are no amp heads available, as far as I know (can you believe it!) Maybe I'm wrong, but I've never seen an amp head in any store in my life here, only in recording studios (I don't know where they get them!!)

Anyway, thanks for your advice!

there are a few places that will have them. see if they can ship to you in peru. these are your choices. the amp head, stack with their speaker cabs, combo or you can get the head and find you own cab. that the best thing IMO.
