Anyone have contact info for DiMarzio

I'm trying to find out if DiMarzio introduced any new 7-string pickups at NAMM, as well as find if they now offer their 7-string pickups in colors other than black, creme, or zebra.

I'm not having much luck. Is there an e-mail addy to ask such questions? I couldn't find one on their site.

Thanks.

There 7 string pickups are available in any colour they produce except the chrome and gold or something like that. *You can also get them in any combination of colours.
I just got the free Dimarzio catalogue from them, it doesn't list anything new in the 7 string world yet but it was done well before NAMM sooooooo

I asked about the colors available because on DiMarzio's website it says the PAF-7 and Tone Zone 7 (the two I'm most interested) come in black, creme or zebra. That was posted when they were first announced at Summer NAMM and I hope by now you can get them in other colors.

littlegreenman (or anyone else): do you know if those 2 are included in what you said about colors and combinaitions?

Well, I have asked them if they build custom 7 string versions of their pups and if the Air Norton 7 is a custom pup?

And... tatata... almost an hour later... the answer came...

We are not building 7-string versions of all of our 6-string models, but we do have the Air Norton 7, the Tone Zone 7 and the PAF 7.

THE AIR NORTON 7 IS HERE!!!! HOOOOORRRAAAAAY!!!!

Quote from their website
"The middle pickup shown in the diagram has red and black wires. This is the way the pickup in the JEM guitar is built. If you're using a standard DiMarzio single-coil pickup in the middle like a Blue Velvet™, you should get the reverse-polarity model (DP170S or DP171S) and wire it so the black wire goes to the 5-way switch (the same as the JEM shown in the diagram) and the white wire is grounded to the back of a control."

So is this why my Jem sound different from any other HSH Ibanez guitar when it's wired like that, because the Jem Single Coil is reverse polarity?
