Anyone tried to order Custom picks from Pickworld? - www.pic

I have asked them about ordering questions early late Feb to early March
They replied my e-mail very quick
they said that the order will be completed in about 3 weeks

Then I have send them money order together with my order and I DID mention that I want to get a reply after they received my order

But, till now
I still not yet get any e-mail from them
I sent them a e-mail 1-2 days b4 and they still not yet reply me

Am I being cheated?

I have not tried PickWorld. *I have had great success ordering from D'Andrea. *I have been getting picks from them for over ten years now. *The great thing is that they keep your dyes archived. *Unless your signature changes, you will not have to go through another "set-up" charge. *Great customer service as well. *Hope this helps.

I live in HongKong.....
it is not convenience for me to make a long distance call to US........the charges is quite expensive.....i am just a 16 years old student and............the most important.........point...........I.......can't speak english well.........
