Anyone use the GNX4 with their Jem?

I just got a GNX4 from Musicians Friend ($425 blem....but had NO blems!). I was wondering what patches you like with the Jem combo?? This board is going to have a HUGE learning curve from my old Zoom 1010.

i use one i found at the sound community site http://www.digitech.com/soundcomm/gu...?productid=199

its in the download section , one of the vai ones , now once you have it its tweaking time , you will get it eventully, i use that with my jem and a wah and am pretty close to the tone on some of the passion and warfare sounds , especially "for the love of god"

if you have big hassles message me and i will head you in the right direction

if you have the compact flash card that is? if not you will need one to store the patchs

Thanks for that site! I see there are a lot of Vai patches to download. Have you hooked yours up to your computer yet?? Is it hard to install patched you download?

to install patchs you need to use x edit , from there you just save to a patch on the memory card , its not that hard to do but as i said you need the memory card to do this, again any hassles let me know

The pc side of it is very good for recording , you will need a mp3 converter but again i can lead you in that direction if you want one
