ART X-12 Foot Controller - Anyone have a manual?

I just picked up an old ART X-12 foot controller for use with my Lexicon MPX500. Unfortunately, (of course) it didn't come with a manual. Not that there's much to it, but there are some setup/configuration things I don't know how to access.

If anybody has a manual and could either a) scan a copy or b) mail me a photocopy, I'd try to make it worth your while. Or, if there's not really any meat to the manual, if you could describe how to walk through the configuration I'd be much obliged. :biggrin:

PS--Music go round is my new favorite store. Kinda like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get. Occassionally, though, they come through with something pretty cool for a good price.
