Auto Trim-Lock Tuners and Sabine NexFx Pedal Tuner Review

Ok, got the Auto Trim-Locks today, I put them on my RGT tonight(stayed REAL late sigh...). Didn't take long, they retro fit. They work really great. And yes they actually do cut the string.. cool. Only gripe is they put this sticker thing on the lock wheel of the tuners for the high E and B strings. When you tear it off alot of crap is left behind, guess I'll get a damp rag and rub it off tomorrow morning. Now I have to order another pak... wasn't suppose to use this one.. ops.

The Sabine tuner... man is this thing built like a tank, seriously and unlike other pedal tuners you CAN actually see this one from like across the room, seriously. It is highly accurate, infact I can tell a difference since using this tuner. Gripe stays on all the time, there is no off to it. The pedal part is a mute. Has dual outs, so thats neat if you need it. I'm impressed.

I also have been using D'Addario's Planet Waves Auto-Trim tuners and A+ to them. They're great to use and have met and surpassed all expectations I had for them.

AND THEY DIRECT FIT TO MOST IBANEZ GOTOH FITTED HEADSTOCKS

Very easy to install and I found the sticky thing annoying too! But with a scrub pad you can get most of it. Just back it out a good amount. And of course none of that affects the tuners anyway

Worth every penny...

Yes definitely A+...

I got the sticky stuff off by taking a wash cloth, putting a dab of rubbing alchohol about the size of the tip of a thumb and rubbing the sticky stuff off. It came off so easy and looks great.
