BB Preamp anyone?

I just ordered one myself (last tuesday to be exact)....

Now, if the bastard had shipped it first class (like I had paid for) it would be here

Everything I've heard of that pedal is great (reviews, clips, hearing it in person), but hopefully I can contribute something first-hand within the next day or two...

I have one on loan. I like it. it's a lot like the bd-2, which I have. the bbpre is a little more versitle. but basically a similar pedal.

ill be honest, im not very attracted to the stock boss overdrive boxes.. i've owned a few, and I found a lot of them do not have enough volume, as well as the tone factor.. is yours stock or modded

Got mine last week. Great pedal. Very transparent, but it gives my lead a very liquidy feel.

I have one and a Boogie Lonestar Classic 2X12. It really is a great pedal. I compared many overdrive pedals before ending up with the BB. It effectively makes my two channel amp a four channel amp. With some tweaking, I've also been able to get some nice high gain tones at relatively low volumes aided by the pedal.

great, thats what i like to hear.. i really hope that i can find a setting that gives me a nice bluesy crunch on my clean channel, and will push my dirty channel to a higher gain setting, all WITHOUT ***ing up the tone

I got mine yesterday. I've only gotten to play with it for a short time so far, but I like it quite a bit. Without much tweaking I got well within the ballpark of what I'm looking for, so I have no doubts that just a little more quality time with it will yield amazing results.
