Don't know about cheap but Warmoth makes custom necks.

I like Carvin's necks, and there are a lot of options available, but they're not really custom.

Well how did you find it? It certainly wouldn't have been on the first few pages of threads. You would have had to search to find it, and surely you would have seen the last date on it?
