Boogie cabinets, compromise/alternatives - the prices in can

Hey guys

I went out yesterday to purchase some 2x12 boogie verticle slant cabinets for my rack system

I got floored when I found out how much they are....$995.99
EACH!!

So i've come to the conclusion that I will not pay that much for 2 cabs here

I was wondering if anyone knew a place in the US of A that sold them cheaply and then I can have them shipped here

or if anyone can suggest a compromise

Mesa has fixed pricing. Dealers are not allowed to deviate from their specified prices.

So you get screwed the same whereever you go.

Jeffrey is right. Mesa has fixed pricing so dealers can only sell at list price. Mesa dealers are also not allowed to sell mail order. I don't know how this applies to Canada.

I believe current list on Mesa 2x12 Recto cabs is $499 (about $765 Canadian?). Your best bet may be to find some used cabs.
