Boss MT-2, Digitech DF-7 or Black 13?

Hi everyone -

So I have $60 in store credit and was looking to pick up either a Digitech Black 13, DF-7, or Boss metal zone for fun. The Black 13 looks intersting as I like anthrax, the df-7 looks versatile and at least one sound has to be good, and metal zone looks like fun in terms of learning to mod pedals.
So which one should i go for?

Thanks

Jeff

well I have a digitech, death metal, and it totally SUCKED. I mean it sounded like I was playing out of a tin can. You can get a decent metallica tone on it. But thats it, the metal zone is really nice, it is versitile too, u can play like the 70's and 80's too.

none of those
try the Line6 Uber Metal
built-in noise compressor
meaty, beefy tone
kicks all the other pedals out of the water

I have a DF-7, and it's pretty awesome. The Tube Screamer model on it isn't that great, but the other effects are pretty good.

i'd stick with the mt-2 it's very easy to mod if you don't like exactly how it sounds as digitech are very difficult to mod. as well i see those two digi pedals traded in all the time at my local guitar store. never a good sign

I used to have a Metal Zone way back in the day and I really liked it. Line 6 have some great sounds out there, too.
