how does the TX Special sounds? what it's made for? blues? warm tones? thick tones?
It gave me a real nice clean tone - used it split with the neck p'up mostly.

I like the VirtuAL 2 that's in my Jem better.

Calling all RG550 owners....


2 550's, 2 screamin demons in the bridge slot, and the orig Pups in the neck and middle, werx for me.
My older 550 has the orig. no-name pup which the magnet has weakened a lil bit and it has a good stratty vibe to it in which gives it a great "woman tone"
