Carvin Legacy combo vs head - considering a combo, *does it

I've considering trading a brand new Marshall TSL combo for a Legacy combo, *but wanted to hear some feedback on these Carvin units. *Are the combos full sounding, *or are their head/cab options far superior? *For arguments sake, *lets not compare 4x12s, *just a 2x12 in a seperate cab.

I have the 2x12 combo and think its great! *"make you fill yer pants" fullness. Hope that helps.Shawn

2x12 really rocks. Go for it NOW. You will be a happy camper.

I have both the combo and a half stack Legacy. *There is a difference (obviously) but nonetheless, you will be quite impressed and pleased with what you'll find in the Legacy.

What's cool about the combo is that the head is identical to that which is found in the stand alone head, and you can power external speakers.
