Chameleon vs. Intellifex - What are the differences?

I'm currently running a Rocktron Chameleon in my rig & I love it. *I was thinking of adding another processor to add more sounds to the mix. *I was thinking of staying with Rocktron so that's why the Intellifex comes to mind. *What are the major differences between the Chameleon and the Intellifex? *Would the Intellifex be a good processor to pair up to my Chameleon? *Thanks.

The Intelli is effects w/no preamp...I'd say it would be a bit of an upgrade from the effects section in your Chameleon.
