Cheap PA system

My friend has this "shed" type thing behind his house that has heat and a/c that we use for LAN parties and just general hanging out. Anyways, we want to buy a PA system for it mainly just to listen to CDs, and maybe MP3s off of a computer. Which of these two would you choose? Or would you go a different route? We're looking for pretty good audio quality.

Audio Choice Package

The shed-thing is pretty small, so volume and audio power is definitely not an issue. And we don't need the mics for anything, just the mixer/power amp and speakers.

Are those stereo PA systems? The specs don't mention anything about how many watts per channel... a lot of less-expensive PAs have four inputs and two speaker outs, but the amp itself is mono. Might be something to consider if you're planning on listening to music with it.
