Hi guys,
I traded my Crate GX600 halfstack for a
Crate Tube Driver 70 today. I'm gonna be moving soon and I couldnt haul the halfstack across the country.
Anyways the tube driver has an external speaker output jack , could i hook up a whole 4x12 to it if i felt like it?
Another question i had was this. I'm mostly playing bass nowadays could i use the tube driver as a bass amp (just for practice until i got a actual bass amp again.
Right now i'm using a Karaoke machine to run my bass through (oh the things a poor musician will do) .
I plugged my bass into the new amp today and barely got any sound out of it.
I used to have a Epiphone Regent 50 R and I used that amp for both bass and guitar practice.
Anyways thanks for taking the time.
I plan on getting involved in the local music scene when i move as a bass player, Since I've always felt happier playing as a bassist in bands as opposed to guitar.
Another question is does anyone have any opinions on the Behringer ultrabass combos they are selling at guitar center nowadays? particularly the 90 W model.
