Custom pedal boards

I'm thinking of going into business for myself and doing custom pedalboards. I wanted some input from you guys cause we seem to be the pickiest bunch of people about our gear. So lets hear some ideas, even down to the fabric you would like on the interior. It can even be already loaded with pedals of your choice but shipping would probably be considerably more. Lookin forward to some interesting ideas.

and read/look at some of the pedalboards people have posted about there. Those guys are like the aristocracy of gearheads and are pretty particular about details of pedalboards. You may find some helpful ideas.
