Di marzio model numbers.... - help needed.

I've bought an evo bridge pickup. The yellow stick on the plastic package says it is f-spaced, but, on the rear of the pickup itself, is written DP159.
Now the problem is: wasn't a "F" supposed to be written after the number (DP159F) if it was f-spaced??
I am not sure about this point because i've looked at the saler's catalogue and both normal and f-spaced pickups are numbered DP159 there. The di marzio pickup chart shows a f after the number when the pickup is AVALIABLE in that version, but i'm not sure if the "F" is really part of the number that is associated to a f-space pickup.
I hope i've eplained what i mean in an understandable way.... can someone help??

DiMarzio uses various stamping methods. Check the pickup is correct to the packaging by lining it up with the strings. The spacing of the F pickup should match the strings at the neck and middle position pretty much exactly.

If in doubt, call DiMario and ask for measurements (pole to pole) or compare to pickups in a local shop... glen
