Digitech Whammy crash

Hello, after a few months of not much use, my Digi-crap whammy pedal cratered. *Why, I have no idea, that's why I'm here. *
Here's what it does, when you plug the adapter in (no on off switch) the LCD displays 8.8, 0.0, 1.1, Pd, CA, Pb and stops. *If you push the up or down buttons, it scrolls, Pf, Er, Pb, and repeats. *No sound comes out, though the signal led show something happening.
The model is the XP100 if that helps.
I do like the pedal for the most part, but have no clue as to why it's not working now, I've never dropped it or put it in the dishwasher or anything.
I was told maybe it was the backup battery, well, no battery anywhere, so I was told to try pushing the reset button, well, no reset button either. (sorry Bamm, nice try )
Anyone got any ideas? Please?
Jeremy

Digitech Whammy crash

Courtesy of the Digitech Site (Whammy Pedal manual):

Calibrating the Treadle
•Disconnect the power from the Whammy pedal.
•Press and hold the footswitch down while reconnecting the power. *One of the preset LED's will blink, indicating that you are in set up mode.
•Rock the treadle fully forward and fully back.
•Press the footswitch again to exit the setup model.

That's it as far as a "reset button". *
Good luck.

Hey Jeremy, I just looked through my XP-100 user guide and there's nothing in it regarding a reset!? Have you tried emailing or calling Digitech?

* *I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help to you. *Good luck!

Digitech Whammy crash

Go to the FAQ page on Digitech's website & it'll tell you how to get you pedal back into calibration. *I've own NUMEROUS XP pedals & it's a simple process to calibrate.
