Does anyone know the full range of pickup colours Dimarzio offer and do they apply to all h/b's or just certain ones?

If you get a zebra striped pickup, which end does the cream go on? *Will it be the inner coil or the outer coil? *Does it change whether you get a neck or bridge pickup? *How do you know which way a pickup goes anyway? *I've seen them in with the stamp upsidedown, and right side up......but which is the ride side up anyway? *Why is the sky blue? *(I actually know the answer to that one, but I felt it went with the post anyway)

So....why is the sky blue?

I presume from pictures the white coil of the Zebra faces inwards but then it could be outwards i.e. I ain't got a clue :biggrin:

I quite like the cream and red pups but would also like a pruple and white if available.

When light goes through the atmosphere the longer wavelengths (oranges and red..etc) pass right through. Most of the shorter wavelengths are absorbed by gas molecules in the air. The absorbed blue light gets scattered all across the sky. Everywhere you look, in the sky, some of this blue light reaches your eye. Making the sky appear blue. *:biggrin:
