The Eventide Harmoniser is the Effect processor used but the effect itself is a pitch/delay effect, each repeat of the delay is pitched up in steps, I'm not 100% sure what the intervals are? most likely up a 3rd on the first repeat and then up a 5th on the2nd repeat.
