Egnater TOL 100 or IE - anyone have one? anyone want to comm

Hi

In my search for the ultimate amp I have come to this point. Either an Egnater TOL 100 or IE4 or a Bogner Uberschall.

I've read some reviews of all of these amps and they all sound like they will do what I want. But I'd like to get some opinions, especially on the TOL or IE4, since I have no way of playing them before I buy them.

Please let me know.

Chris

Well, being I own a TOL100 and and IE4... I'd take the IE4 mainly because of the 4 independent EQs. *That's a big factor for me, more important than the convenience of the TOL100 being in head form. *As for Bogner, you'll have to ask someone else.

PS - I'm sure I told you this already, but thought I'd post anyways. *:-p

I heard the Bogner for a few minutes at NAMM, it's very aggressive in a good way. *I was talking to George Lynch for a while there and he said he is using the Uberschall on the new disc he is working on with Jeff Pilson. *Go to www.jeffpilson.com and there is a link to the stuff they are working, maybe that will give you a taste of what the Bogner sounds like. *It's hard to go wrong with any of the choices you've listed. *

Here's a link directly to the songs.

Strangly enough as it is, There is a local store that not only do they sell Bogner, but they have the Uberschall in stock!?!?!?! that came to a large surprise to me, he said he has had it since it came out and can't move it...Well with a price tag of $4525 canadian for the head alone, I wonder why?.
8P

Anyhow I'm going to try that on saturday.
