Ernie Ball CC pedal?

Anyone know how to make a volume pedal into a cc pedal?

Change Control?

Assuming you mean a midi CC pedal, then you need lots more kit. A volume control is basically just a variable resistor. A CC pedal outputs midi commands. Some midi devices will accept an analogue input and convert it to midi, some wont.

What is it you are trying to achieve?

I used one as a "continuous controller" with my Ground Control & midi rack...worked great.

If you have a rack or MIDI controller (like a Ground Control; which is what I also use) most volume pedals (not just EB's) will work as Continuous Controllers.

I have to EB mono volume pedals that I use as CC's with my Ground Control (they plug into the Ground Control itself) and it works flawlessly.

They also work plugged directly into any of my racks that have a 1/4 jack for a Continous Controller.

So it's more a function of your other equipment (ie: racks and MIDI controller) than it is the actual volume pedal. As stated, they are only variable resistors and will work with just about anything that supports that type of input for CC.

Hope that helps some.

You can kind of see the pedals in the bottom of this pic in the "Rack" thread:
