eventide H-3000S setting help needed

I wrote from Hungary, Europe.I bought an H-3000S unit from ****, but did not get the manual. The unit is in perfect working order the problem is I cannot programming that because I have no clue what are certain setting options for....

100 Diatonic Shift, other presets and most of the vai presets has the same options I do not know how to use:


1.Basic diatonic pitch in my unit C4# 35 cent (what is C4#)
2.If I use the parameter button to be able to reach the expert option with the softkeys I see the (scale1) ? (scale2) ? (lownote) ? (highnote) ? for ex. D3 thru C8????What is it good for?
3.If the highnote is set the low note option is beetween a certain =
options, if set an another high note the low note interval will be =
different and reverse( low compare to high and high copmare to low)
4.Basically I even have not any idea for example what D8, F1# is.

So, any of your help or advice would be really appreciated.

have you tried getting a manual for the company or their website? I have no experience with the eventides but you might be able to download a manual from them.

I have got a photocopied manual but that does not include what I need.I contacted eventide an hour ago, but they do not give the support I needed as that product was discontinued
many years ago.So I my only hope to find an eventide expert here....
