floyd rose


i wanna change my ibanez jem555 bridge, does this fit to it?

An original Floyd Rose will fit, no problem there.

That's the Floyd Rose II, made by Schaller.It should fit, but it's not as long as an Original Floyd Rose, so you might see more of the "lion's claw" area than you're accustomed to.

That one is the same as the other. It'll fit, but it's still a licensed trem. I don't know that it would be any better than the one you're replacing.

so is the nut and tremolo arm is same size as the original ibanez one?

I don't know. I'm sure the arm is different, though. What I was really trying to say was that if you were wanting to upgrade your trem, you'd be much better off getting a real Floyd. I don't see much of a point in replacing a licensed copy, which you're not happy with, with another copy.

That's a copy of Schaller, not a real Schaller, for starters. IMO, that trem is a downgrade from what you have.
