Floyd Rose String lock problem.

Okay I have a bit of a problem with the floyd on my ESP. Once I set the guitar's intonation, the saddles moved so far back that the string lock screws are past the cavity, making me only able to pull up a half step and making flutters sound like @#$%. I only need a few mm less but I can't file off the end because of the round tip on the string lock screws. I'd do a "lion's claw" mod but I figured it'd be cheaper to replace the locking screws plus I don't want to ruin my flamed maple top.

Here Are the specs:

44 mm long
Threading is 4 mm wide

Please, someone tell me where I can get some shorter screws. Without them I sound like every other floyd noobie that only does divebombs.

There's more to this story because you shouldn't need shorter screws.

What do you have your guitar tuned to? Standard A440 "E" or are you drop tuning?

It's in 440 but the guitar didn't come set up so when I moved the saddles back to get the intonation set, it was too far for pull ups.

Anybody? I was wondering if I could buy the schaller floyd rose string lock screws and file the sides down to the diameter of my old screws.
