Got Alder Body....pickups?

i am thinking of FRED, PAF PRO, HS-2.

it is H-S-H config body.

alder body? And no evolution? Shame, shame...hehe. Although a Fred might do well in alder too, I've never tried it. Just remember, alder is a really bright wood, choose something with lots of midrange in the bridge. Neck...well, PAF Pro is always a good choice. Have fun, I love messing around with pickups .

Fred has higher mids then bass or treble.
i want to know if it will sound like ****?

FRED - bridge
HS2 - middle
PAF Pro - Neck

I can best describe it as a Les Paul with a little less sustain and brighter. Sounds like a good choice of pickups to me!
