Got my rackmount dual recto! tube help!!

Hello



I just got my rackmount recto now I need to figure out where to put the tubes that came with it.

I have 3 JJ ecc83 tubes and 2 mesa 12ax7a ecc83. there was one of the JJ's with a metal tube so that one went in ok, but I'm not sure what positions the other ones would be best suited for?

also where do the big 5u4g's go?

I would like a PDF of the original manual for this if anyone has one? not the 3 channel recto manual on their site.
