I recently got a little shock at practice. For some reason when I would step on the heating duct, my strings would feel almost like a 9 volt on your tongue, but on my fingers.

Apparently the new Taylor electrics have a 5 milliamp fuse on the earthwire that runs to the strings for this very reason - pretty wise move I think.

Here's an experience I'll never forget. Going wee, while still holding my electric guitar. Try it. It's great. Like a 9volt battery on the tongue.....but to the wee wee.
