HEELP!! PB with my NEW amp!

Hello!!

I jsut received my VOX AD 50 VT XL, it's a brand new amp, I tried it but when i'm with the bridge pickup, when i play "hard" this amp has a "cut" effect, the real sound come less than 1 semi second after, but we can hear it :s

Please how could i fix this?? I think that maybe the pickups are too high, but i tried with several guitars, and always this problem!!

Please help guys, i really need help!

PS: i bought the amp by internet, there is a warranty, but i dunno if the problem come from the amp!!

Not sure if this is what you mean, but most of the amp models have really strong noise gate built into the presets. Check your manual to see how to change the setting & see if you notice a difference
